What are those? found out why my battery has been draining
My battery has been having trouble charging every since i bought the car 6 months ago and ive seen volts drop to 12 on occasion with just headlights on 11 with ac on well yesterday i saw this red wire connected to the fuse box i removed the fuse and started her up volts were up there and car ran way better with no dimming issues. My question is what is the purpose of it. it seems as if they grounded and ran 1 to the horn as well but my horn is still working with the fuse out.
The round one. On the driver side next to the headlight.

The largest plug of the CPU houses three wires for the horn. The Green/Red wire powers the horn. The Green/Orange wire goes to the horn switch located in the steering wheel. The Green/White wire in this plug powered by the 20 amp stop fuse powers the horn relay in the CPU. When the horn button in the steering wheel is depressed it causes the G/O wire to have a ground which activates the relay and causes voltage to flow onto the G/R wire and it activates the horn. The factory horn system does not use vacuum hoses.
