new rims with a side by side comparision

Varrstoen 111
18x9.5 +22
18x10.5 +22

255/35/18
275/35/18

-Eibach springs 1"drop front 1.5" drop rear (before you say anything...yes I'm going to coilovers/lower soon)
-Rolled rear fenders
-Feed front fenders
-needs slight alignment done.
*also I'm still debating between feed rear fenders or a very aggressive pull in the rear. I'm leaning towards doing the pull tho.

vs

Stock (of coarse)
16x8 +50 all around

-Tien coilovers (set very low)

didn't crack cuz you're high, it would probably chip the first day at our height lol :S

However it looks 100000x better molded in. I hate how body kits have to be fitted over on the FD. New cars are designed with skirts and lips within the body lines, which is far nicer.

yea i can guarantee that those skirts would crack at a lower height. but i am not a fan of molded body parts at all. the car is well put together but not my taste. molded looks awkward to me.

i'm not gonna lie... thats one of the best molding jobs i've seen haha. I'd never mold anything on either... But at least it's not a shotty job.

First time back on the Club in over a year, glad to see this thread still moves. We're almost done with my FD here at the shop, Limited RWD GTA car.

J-line's, 18x9.5 -25 or so, 18x11 -40 I think. 265/35/18 + 305/35/18 R888's. Track wheels are 18x10 / 18x11 Work's (similar offsets) with 295/30/18 Hankook Z221's.

18x9.5 +45 with 285/30/18 all around. Sits at around 25.5" ride height and has factory toe links/trailing arms.

Never rubs on track however a tight turn and big bump can nip the fender liner on the streets...but thats what street wheels/tires are for

WA possible offsets for my 93 fd

I'm new to this side of the car spectrum, just switched over from big block chevys, to rotarys, fell in love with the fd. i just found a steal on some volks 18x8 +50 for the front and 18x8.5 +52 in the rear. my buddy will hook me up with them for just a little over a g for all 4 wheels. My question is can i get spacers to fix this? and be able to snag these wheels, or give up on them and keep searching?

^It depends on how aggressive you want them. Those won't be very aggressive most likely. I mean, you can fix it with spacers, but it depends on what you want the faces to look like, concave or not, etc.
